Trash Collection/Recycling: Provided by City of Bradenton (cost included in water bill)
Trash only is collected on Tuesday.
(Trash should be bagged & placed in large green bin and placed at the end of the driveway)
Both trash and recycling are collected on Friday
(Recycling should be placed in blue plastic bin and placed at the end of driveway)
Note: Trash/recycling bins should be left with the unit. If you do not have them, please call the city of Bradenton. Trash/recycling pick-up often happens early in the morning so you may want to put your bins out the evening before
Quarterly Fee: covers common area maintenance, pool maintenance, lawn irrigation/sprinkler system, pest control (exterior), annual termite inspection, common area lighting, Spectrum Digital Cable Service (including two converter boxes) and internet, and association insurance (see below).
Insurance: The association carries several insurance policies, including to cover major hazards to the common area, directors’ and officers’ liability, fidelity bond, workers compensation, liability, difference in conditions, community liability umbrella policy. The association DOES NOT carry flood insurance (we are not located in a flood zone).
